So is there gonna be another Taakitz week this year? I just found out about taz this year and I would love to participate.

Y’know I hadn’t really considered it since it’s been a fair while since Balance ended, but if there’s interest, I’m happy to run the event again! I’ll have to come up with some sort of anniversary date for it like the first couple rounds, but maybe sometime in August or September?

Y’all should like this post or something if you’re down for Taakitz Week III so I can gauge interest.

Tbh I still prefer the Hank and Conner's father and son relationship but how you draw them is just so pure and amazing. It's adorable.

Hi I just found you blog and I wanted to know how you get that nice organic rough look to your lineart? Do you draw things traditionally and then scan it or...? Sorry if you have already answered this before.

I’m glad you like it! I like it too!!

It’s actually a digital brush I created in Photoshop! I’ve noticed my workflow is much faster now that I’m not worrying about PERFECTLY crisp linework. I feels much freer to draw with! You can create your own brush too.

Hope this helps! Don’t be afraid to twiddle with the brush settings panel, it’s really fun!
