Wips and Chains - Winxsource's Whump Fest

Don't you love your favorite character? Don't you sometimes wish they'd go through hell and get some TLC in return? Or no comfort, just torture? You came to the right place!

WinxSource is happy to announce our newest event: Wips and Chains - Whump Fest.

Guidelines:

Use our Google Form to submit your heart's deepest desires and whumpiest prompts. Be as descriptive or vague as you wish, but you must include at least one Fate character.

Peruse the submitted prompts and choose one (or more!) that grabs you.

Post your work by August 1!

Gifsets, art, and fics are encouraged. If posting on AO3, please put it in the collection winxsource_whumpfest. On tumblr, please use the #winxsource

We ask that you consider filling at least one prompt regardless of if or how many you submit.

You are of course welcome to fill your own prompts.

Prompts can be filled multiple times by different authors/artists!

There is a section of the form that asks for content warnings. Note that this is asking about your specific prompt, not about how your prompt is filled.

We are not restricting how a prompt is filled (as long as it is properly tagged on tumblr/ao3), but if your prompt explicitly includes one of the listed content warnings, please accurately mark it in the Google Form.

This allows participants to use the spreadsheet to filter out prompts they are not interested in filling (i.e., they don't want to make art for a prompt featuring Major Character Death).

For the prompt: The boat is slowly sinking and theres no land to see in the horizon. It would be fine, except for the blood thirsty shark swimming around them (Riven & Sky)

My brain decided to take it in a weird direction and add a bit of worldbuilding 🦈🪸🐢 I had fun with it :o)

For the Winxsource event Wips & Chains!

The first prompt promptly grabbed me: "Saul needs a blood transfusion on the battlefield" (Saul & Bloom)

The weapon Silva got hit with turns out to be poisoned; the only antidote is the blood of a fairy.

What effect the blood of the Dragonflame has on a regular human is up to the viewer's imagination 😁
