Wire is actually in pretty good health. He pays very close attention to his diet, and tries to exercise as much as possible (when he has time, of course). His exercise routine mainly consists of cardio.

Though he refuses to speak about a lot of things involving his time in... wherever he was born, he will gladly admit he refused to speak until he was about four years old, and this choice almost led doctors to diagnose him as autistic.

Wire prides himself in his ability to control his anger, even in its most extreme states, However, this doesn't mean he can be any less cruel. When Wire is angry at you, you'll know it. Rather than lash out physically (such as Rosario), he'll become frigidly, disturbingly cold, and sometimes even lash out verbally (such as Loren).

What would you consider Wire's sexuality to be? Or does gender even matter for him to find love?

Wire's only been with women before, and he has yet to experience sexual attraction towards another man. 

I mean, Wire's a very complex person with a lot of private feelings, so I don't think he'd really rule out being with a man. He's always been a pretty open-minded person. However, don't expect Wire to throw himself at the first man that shows interest. It would take a really amazing connection for him to feel that way towards another person, much less a guy.
