Do you use an explainable methodology to determine the validity of what you think you know?
Does your methodology include validated information from verified sources?
Do you look at photos online with no explanation and infer meaning?
How many sources do you require to validate the information?
Protect your mind. Control your emotions … just because you want to believe something is truthful doesn’t mean you should.
And sometimes truthful information is hard to believe … and that’s okay.
