I do not learn other languages so I can talk to more people or tell that I know the language. I learn so i can understand how other nations express themselves. Their feelings, their love, their ways of thinking. I don't only get the chance to know words I didn't know existed but I can discover feelings, noone understands in my native language. I feel like one can't see the entire world unless they tried to learn a foreign language. The more you learn the clearer your vision gets.
