“New England” is the seventh studio album by Wishbone Ash. It was a success compared to the band's ‘Locked In’ album, but still did not chart as high as most of their previous albums. It peaked at No. 22 in the UK Albums Chart. This album marked the "Americanization" of #wishboneashband as the band relocated from England to the Northeastern United States (New England) for tax purposes. The band had switched U.S. distribution from #mcarecords to #atlanticrecords since their last release, ‘Locked In’. My copy is a gatefold on Atlantic Records - SD 18200.
