You would think with everything I have been through, I would have so much to write about. I truly do but I always come up with subject matter while I am at work and I do what most of us do, I say, "Oh, I'll remember that." HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Sometimes I do but most of the time I do not and I sit here and fill this in with....this(waves hand at computer screen.)
To be honest I do not feel the level of anxiety I normally feel when it comes down to the end of the year. I remember being young and wishful, heading outside at midnight on New Year's Eve, banging on pots and pans to keep the bad luck away, making wishes for the new year...Boy, was I just dumb. Being young I really did believe that all those wishes would come true. By magic. There than came a time when I was older that I realized that wishes and dreams did not ever come true. So I stopped. There was still a small part of me that believed in the magic. Now, I am much, much older and so very, very bitter. On the upside, I do know that all those wishes can come true but you're going to have to work your ass off for it all. Oh! And do yourself a favor, find someone, if you like, to help you make those wishes come true. Even if their part of it all is to just cheer you on for however long they stay in your life. It's so much more fun when you know there is someone in your corner who will be there to go over the plan with you when you hit a bump.
