2024 Fic Roundup
All my fic this year is Witcher Netflix and Witcher Books. I finished a whopping 3 stories. I started more fic WIPs than I finished by a significant amount (woe woe sigh but okay). This year spent more time writing about vidding and getting back into digital art this year (new art sideblog @allegoryaskew) . But I am still obsessed with all things witcher and wanted to make a roundup post anyway (can't even remember if I did a fic roundup last year or the year before. Anyway...)
Fanfic
parable of the hostages, witcher books. Francesca/Tissaia. Canon divergence/Tissaia lives AU. 1900w. Mature.
After Tissaia is rescued by Francesca at Thanedd, she finds herself at a crossroads.
the lion, the witch and the audacity of this bitch, witcher netflix. yennskier-centric/yennefer/geralt/jaskier. This is my silly of the year. Inspired by perseruna’s twitter post from 2023. Narnia Roleplay. Body worship, silly and soft and banter and pillow princess Yen. Jaskier being ridiculous. Geralt being Fond. 6300w. Explicit.
The White Knight has been in the Queen’s service for more than half his life. He currently stands beside her royal majesty in the throne room, bearing witness to the thorn in the Queen’s side. A thorn he will be called upon to remove.
Some Kind of Disaster, witcher netflix. Yennefer/Jaskier. Missing scene yennskier fic. Character study, hurt comfort, banter, emotional intimacy. 16k. Explicit.
"Why must you dash my hopes and dreams of extravagant morsels?" Jaskier sighed. "I'm overdue for tormenting the bard," Yennefer said, not bothering to hide a smile. "Well, I wouldn't want to deprive you," he muttered reflexively.
