do you think there's a shapeshifting witchery? (but like only into animals) What do you think of Leopold being a shapeshifter cuz he's always magically disappearing?

That's actually really interesting! I definitely feel like most witcheries weren't mentioned/explored yet. This would probably fall under aetherwitchery, I think, of which we only know truthwitchery, threadwitchery, wordwitchery, glamourwitchery and voicewitchery.

Now, if glamourwitchery is a thing, then shapeshifting might as well be. We've all basically classified Leopold as a glamourwitch, but this is such an interesting concept!
