Gunna pat our own backs but we were in the paper! Someone came into the shop and showed us this. After obviously playing it cool and not jumping around like excited idiots we had to show everyone we knew. Tomorrow at the Witches’ Conclave in our shop we’re hosting a “Drop by for a Spell” evening where anyone can come by and work on their spells, studies, and books of shadows with other witches. It’ll be a fun and magical hang out!
Last night we had a fun Full Moon ritual. Everyone came together and brewed a potion for truth under the Aries moon.
We finally pulled it together and had a workshop to make full sized broomsticks in time for Halloween! After talking about the magical uses of brooms, we did an exercise with them for use in spirit flight. Then finished by taking our brooms outside and cackling. It was a bewitching night.
Tomorrow is our Dark Arts workshop! We love being able to talk about the less favorable sides of magic and this is definitely one of them! We'll talk about curses, jinxes, hexes, the practical uses and morals of black magic, and finally end on a few hexing charms to work on as a group!
