Home made egg rolls! Brown 1 pound of ground protein of choice. (I used ground pork.) Chop very finely 1/2 cup each of carrots and mung bean sprouts. Brown meat with white pepper, ginger powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add in sauce made of 2.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon mirin, and 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar. When done, let mixture cool completely in a separate dish. Then fill rolls, and fry in peanut oil until brown. Serve hot with your favorite dumpling dipping sauce.
