What the fuck. Your mother is awful. Your safety comes first and it's so scary that happened and I'm so glad you're okay

Thank you everyone for your concern!
The details: I was driving down one of the main roads out of Philly that wasn’t a highway, because it was past midnight on a Friday and I’m not taking main highways and roads that I’m not comfortable with at prime drunks-driving-home hours,.
So I’m driving in the right lane and a semi is driving in the middle lane. It pulls ever so slightly into my lane because something (a vehicle? road work?) is blocking its lane. Okay, fine. It pulls slightly back into its lane, then decides to come back into my lane fully, except HELLO I’M THERE.
I pull as far to the right as possible, thinking it’ll pull back into its lane again, but no, it’s closing me in, it’s going to smash its full weight into me. I’m smack dab in the middle, to far back to pull forward, too far forward to slam the breaks and let it pass me.
And hear a CRACK as my mirror hits a parked car
And the semi pulled quickly back into its lane.
And I fucking screamed in relief and pulled over to try not to vomit.
So yes, I’m happy I’m alive. And I love you all. And I appreciate that you were all more concerned than both of my parents were for me, including about my mental well-being after a brush with death.
