Seeds & hope for the future!

The Pre-Lubed Sisters (Anna Pringle, Grace Brooks, Esther Splett, Shahir) share with us knowledge which will prove very useful for the future: inspired by the feminist tradition of making seed bombs, they offer their own seed bomb recipe! After all, agriculture is believed to have been invented by women, thousands of years ago. It makes sense that they will be the ones to pass it on to the next generations!

Seed bombing is a strategy to fertilize land by dropping compressed bundles of soil containing live vegetation (seeds) and it is a common practice in guerilla gardening. If the capitalist system is to throw us in an unsustainable future, seed bombs is a lovely defense weapon to throw back!

** The Pre-Lubed Sisters are a collective of oracles, viruses, hackers, noise, swamp sorcerers, and lovers who blend music, performance, and video into a witch opera. Capitalism hunted them and they desire vengeance. They will trash the neoliberal future in a shrieking fit of rage and noise. The Pre-Lubed Sisters explore constructions of mental "health", witch hunts, despair as spectacle, the boundaries of kink and the grotesque, and queer love spells in the time of capitalism.
