If you follow and read closely to what I write, you already know that I was a woman on the edge of a nervous breakdown a few months back. Maybe I still am, haha! Well I was on a waiting list until yesterday for therapy. I got through the waiting period with this book. It is full of lovely writing prompts to help heal trauma and get your story down on paper. Now I write every morning, first thing. No internet. After writing and having breakfast and tea, I meditate. And that's how I've gotten through so far. Plently of people around have fallen apart in a serious way. I'm just hanging on and doing my best to take care of me. I can't be of use to anyone else unless I'm ok, so that's my priority.
