Almond and coconut butter

I have never been a fan of peanut butter, tbh. (rn peanuts are out of the picture anyway) But I never tried almond butter. It's just not that big of a thing here..But I really wanted to try to make my own almond butter after I came across a recipe for it on delightedmomma.com.

Yesterday I finally made it! And it tastes quite good.

All you need to do is to blend 2 cups of roasted almonds (in my version: with skin) with 1/3 cup of coconut flakes and some pinches of salt.. it does take a while! Not 5 minutes, no! It took my food processor like 15-20 minutes. But now I have a whole glass full of smooth almond-coconut butter. ^^
