biography:
justin was born to a wealthy family, the youngest of three children. for the most part, his family was too busy. justin was significantly younger than his siblings. his older brother, eight years older and sister almost twelve.
growing up, justin’s parents didn’t pay too much attention to them. they were often busy, though his mother would drop whatever she was doing if justin needed her for something. his father mainly stayed in his office or was out of the country.
despite there being a few times where some completely bizzare things would happen, justin’s childhood was relatively normal. he had friends in the private school his parents sent him to. the family would take grand trips out of the country during the summer, which was always fun for him.
justin’s father had grand plans for justin, sending him off to a prestigious boarding school when he got older, like his older siblings. and for the most part, he was happy to follow with what his father wanted, even if something didn’t seem exactly right.
when he turned 11, an unusual visitor appeared at their door, claiming that justin was a wizard. it explained all the weird stuff that seemed to happen to them, but his mother wasn’t convinced.
justin cautiously went to diagon alley by himself, not sure of what to make everything. he looked through books, trying to find something that might help convince his mother to let him go to another school. and he did, finding lockhart’s books. with that, it was enough to convince his family to let him go.
he was sorted into hufflepuff, which wasn’t a surprise to him. he’d never been particuarly brave, smart, or cunning, fitting in more with a house that admired hardwork and loyalty among everything else.
it took some time getting used to the school however and justin wasn’t a stranger to how people looked at him for his muggle blood. he never minded because it just made him more hard working.
he realized he was trans in his third year, which was already a struggle after his second year at hogwarts. he figured life was life and that was it. justin started transitioning during his fourth year at hogwarts, using muggle means.
when fifth year came around, justin started seriously thinking about what was going on in the wizarding world. now that he could sit down and think about it. he hated not being able to learn any defensive spells in dada, so the second he could he joined da and started practicing.
he’s spent his summer anxiously waiting for his 17th birthday in august.
personality:
he’s really talkative. like seriously talkative. once he stops, he’ll keep going until someone gets annoyed.
justin’s always been a go with the flow sort of person. whatever is easiest in whatever situation.
he can be friendly to those that are friendly to him, but can be distant and kind of a jerk when he thinks specific things about a person.
he often makes hasty decisions that can end up turning south pretty quicky.
first impressions go a long way with justin. he can easily dislike someone based off something someone else said.
