Niall was exhausted by the time he got out of therapy. Luckily for him, it wasn't one of the nights where they pumped him full with drugs to get some sleep while he sat reliving the nightmares for nearly eight hours straight. Though those nights were meant to catch him up on rest, they often just resulted in Niall feeling even more tired than usual the next day. This was the last thing that he needed to stop putting off recovering from. Everything else had been faced; but sleep was another story. Even car rides could be tolerated as long as he was holding someone's hand and going slightly below the speed limit, but nightmares were impossible to tackle. Luckily, he had Ed to curl up to and get a few hours of rest. So now he was on his way to the other boy's room holding a small wrapped box that was today's advent gift. Without knocking, he strolled into Ed's room and collapsed onto the bed. "Ed?" he called out with his voice muffled by the pillow, and after a few seconds his lifted his head to glance around the room with weary eyes. "Babe, are you here?"
