MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
Cards just handed to Brian Diaz, Pete's bass tech.
The card haul!
There’s a card from @shinystarlight to add to this, plus any which arrive before we leave tomorrow.
We still have six cards available.
If you’d like to share a birthday message with Joe, send us a PM as soon as possible.
First preference will go to @astershowers, @wentzanity and @beebowentz, if their cards do not arrive tomorrow.
Two more cards made it under the wire today! @trohley and @redeemable-for-surgery‘s friend, Caitlin, your cards made it! :D
Tomorrow morning, we will be leaving at around 9am. There is a small chance the post will arrive before we do. If that’s the case, we’ll let the senders know.
We do have some spare cards. If yours hasn’t arrived or you couldn’t take part directly, message us. We’ll show you your options from the cards available (I bought two more today, so we’ve got a couple extra) and we’ll fill in your message for you.
Cards not received
Hi all, tomorrow is the last day for cards to arrive before we set off for Scotland, so I wanted to give a quick round up of the cards we didn’t receive:
002 - @preachselectric (blog deleted?) 007 - @swiss-army-romance (already notified - card presumably undercover on mission) 010 - @tyronebbrell 011 - @thelovelyandyhurley 013 - @astershowers 015 - @redeemable-for-surgery‘s friend, Caitlin
There are a few who we think might still sneak under the wire:
018 - @wentzanity 019 - @trohley 020 - @beebowentz
I’ll update those users if they arrive by the time we leave on Friday.
We do have some back-up cards and those are to be offered to the folk whose cards went missing on a first-come, first-served basis (to be filled in with your messages, which you can supply via messenger or email). If we run out, we may be able to buy a couple more, depending on timing and availability of non-crappy cards.
There are a few people who we have already made similar arrangements with, whose cards are obviously safe.
If you have any questions, let us know. We’re really bummed out for the people whose cards didn’t make it (and alarmed by the postal service’s failings).
Could the sender of this envelope (no card) please contact us. Thank you.
Another card has arrived, this time from Germany! This one is labelled 016, but I don’t seem to have anyone down for that line on the spreadsheet - let us know if that’s you!
It’s from @trohmn!
Hey, @firekites! Your card arrived yesterday! :D
We still seem to be missing a few - let us know if you’ve sent one but haven’t been told that it arrived, yet!
No cards, yesterday, but @joseptrohman‘s arrived today!
We’re getting close to the deadline, but there’s still time to take part in @withkards!
