So the shahid, which is one of these Prophetic names, is the one who in everything in his or her life testifies to the reality that God alone has true being, and everything else is perspectival and temporary, which is a radical perspective. The de-absolutising of matter, time, and space, these are contingent, they are not the source of anything. They are caused, they are not a cause. So we bear witness to that in our various forms of worship.
