Outcome of rage: I cut my hair!

I did like my hair. And I actually didn't want to cut it. But in my rage I just wanted to... I don't even know. I just did it! Without a reason, without wanting to! Can somebody please tell my brain I am fighting agains BPD and not supporting it with following impulsive ideas! Anyone else ever did that?
