Howdy People. I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your best wishes, they were very much appreciated! I'm a little fragile but I'm back home running at about 60%. Still not sure what caused the whole thing. On the bright side a week in hospital has provided me with the perfect opportunity to grow a beard!
