Okay I’m sweating trying to think of my top ten bands. IN ORDER?! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?! OH GOD. here goes...AND NO SOLO OR SIDE PROJECT STUFF SNEAKIN’ IN - BANDS ONLY, I am deciding. Unfortunately not including groups, either, though I thought about it because I REALLY LOVE THE POINTER SISTERS.
1. Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers: “Learning to Fly,” “Change of Heart,” “Trailer,” “Keeping Me Alive,” “Even the Losers,” “Turning Point,” “American Girl,” “You Tell Me,” “Walls (Circus),” “Don’t Come Around Here No More.”
2. Fleetwood Mac: “Rhiannon,” “The Chain,” “Hold Me,” “Dreams,” “Landslide,” “Everywhere,” “Little Lies,” “Gypsy,” “No Questions Asked,” “Never Going Back Again.”
3. Heart: “Little Queen,” “These Dreams,” “Never,” “Crazy on You,” “Love Alive,” “Straight On,” “There’s The Girl,” “The Road Home,” “Walkin’ Good,” “Barracuda.”
4. The Beatles: “Get Back,” “Across the Universe,” “Come Together,” “Oh! Darling,” “I Want You (She’s So Heavy),” “Here Comes the Sun,” “Taxman,” “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da,” “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” and then I literally can’t choose a tenth song because I LIKE TOO MANY BEATLES SONGS. SO THERE, YOU GET MY TOP NINE. THE TENTH IS...THE FUCKING REST OF THEM I GUESS. (Except no it’s not! There are plenty of Beatles songs I don’t like at all but at this point CHOOSING THOSE WOULD BE EASIER THAN THIS OH MY GOD. I underestimated my dormant appreciation for the Beatles’ music.)

You’ll notice I didn’t list any recently established/contemporary bands...some such faves of mine don’t even HAVE 10 songs, heh, so I went with my favorite, more established bands (that have a more substantial discography). I’m convinced they’ll make the list eventually, though, and then it’ll be GREAT. :’)
