Listen I love games as a form of medium for role-playing characters. The options are limitless. These ARE minecraft OCs.

Top is Artaire, a necromancer with a rapier that literally pierces people's souls out of em. has tried and failed at lichdom like 3 separate times, they're really bad at it. I was notorious on that server for exactly that, and was a massive graverobber. I used them to try out some lighting stuff for fun, too, so the colors look super fucked up haha

Bottom is uh. A gorgon I never named, but played Religiously on an origins server. They can't go out in the daytime or rain, so most of the time they spend is underground, building elaborate mazes and dungeons. They were in charge of the Monsters side of things (as opposed to humans and dwarves), alongside a werewolf and a siren. Also silverfish show up with them Everywhere they are Crawling with them.
