How long you’ve been RPing: for about 15 years
First platform you RPd on: a private online forum; before that it was pen and paper, or even on the phone (lol). I’ve started RPing on tumblr in April 2016.
First RP/Fandom/Character: On tumblr: Franziska von Karma/Ace Attorney. Before that: various characters and OCs from Kuroshitsuji, Harry Potter, Star Trek, and completely indie universes.
Fandoms you’ve RPd in: Harry Potter, Anne Rice, Ace Attorney, Star Trek
Favourite fiction genres: Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, Horror
Favourite tropes: Tropes seem to be a newer thing. XD If I’d have to choose though, I’d say friends to lovers / enemies to lovers / friends to lovers to enemies to lovers.
AU/Plot/Genre you’re craving rn: I’m not really craving one right now; with Ariana I do like to explore the sides of her we don’t get to see in canon (like, the way she acts with people she trusts, and what happens if she’s being taught to control her dark sides). Also I’m really curious to see what would have happened if Albus and Gellert had gotten to take her with them, so there’s that.
Biggest turnoffs in RP: People who act high and mighty because they think they master the art of writing a coherent paragraph. Also, people who think that they are better RPer because they use icons...I don’t even know how to make them. XD (Note: I am specifically referring to those RPers who let shine through that they think they’re better than others. I RP with people who make fabulous icons and write brilliant paragraphs, and they’re all lovely. ♥)

Nurmengard was beautiful, there was no denying that.
It was, by far, also the most luxurious place he had ever stayed in, although that was hardly difficult. His previous lodgings had been a rickety old church and circus tents and cabins, hardly the lap of luxury. The fact that he now had a soft bed, warm lodgings, and hot food to eat. Now, he had so much more than he had ever had before.
He had his phoenix. He had his wand. He had answers.
On this day, or rather, quite early in the morning, for the sun was only just coming up, he was sitting cross-legged on the terrace by his room, watching the sun rise. Waking before dawn was one habit from the church that he’d never quite been able to break, but he found he didn’t mind so much, as it allowed for moments like this, feeling the cool breeze against his cheeks, and one hand absently stroking the fiery plumage of the phoenix was perched on his knee, occasionally nipping affectionately at his ear.

Newt may have chosen his side that night, but that didn’t mean he wanted to pursue Grindelwald directly. They weren’t even supposed to go after him until Dumbledore figured out how to break the blood pact his Niffler had stolen.
And yet, here he was, standing right in front of the dark wizard himself. Newt had his wand at the ready, just in case he needed to defend himself. Though, he knew his spells wouldn’t last long against this man. It wasn’t that he was weak, he simply was no good at dueling. He was a lover not a fighter, after all.
His mind was quickly jumping around as Grindelwald brought up the night they last saw one another, trying to find an excuse, a reason, a lie. Something that he could tell this man that would make him believe him. He didn’t think there was anything he could possibly say though, that would make Grindelwald go away. And then his heart skipped a beat, Newt’s eyes growing wide as his Niffler was pulled out. Newt turned his head for a second to look at his case.
Blasted bugger!
He chose now of all times to slip out?!
Quickly, Newt’s attention went back to Grindelwald. “Don’t hurt him,” was the first thing to slip out from his mouth, “He was...It was my fault. I made him do it. Just...Please don’t hurt him, give him back...” He lowered his wand, showing submission. His creatures were everything to him, he couldn’t have them injured or caught in the middle.

Cygnus sat on his own in a park in Paris. He’d been to this park a lot in the last few months, returning almost every other day to the place where his spell had backfired. If that was what he could call it at least, ... It hadn’t even really been a spell to begin with, more like experimenting with magic in the hopes to make a new one. Something he’d regretted the moment he had realised the severity of his dabbling.
With a deep sigh, he pulled his wand from his pocket and made a face. “If only I knew how I’ve done this ...” He muttered, puffing his cheeks as he shifted and lay down on the bench, bringing his hands up to his face with a groan.
@wizardingvisionary - continued from here
“Besides that?” Magnus looked incredulous at the dark wizard, “You impersonate my uncle and you think that isn’t enough reason alone to make me not trust you?”
The 19 year old couldn’t hold back a scoff, his blue eyes glaring daggers at the man in front of him. “You think just because you treated me properly like the uncle you’ve posed as so to keep yourself from being discovered, that I’m suppose to thank you for something done for your benefit?”
Did Grindelwald think Magnus was stupid? That he was so easily manipulated into becoming one of his fanatics? “I’m not some poor unloved Obscurus that you could sweet talk with some kind words to have me falling at your feet. You think I can’t see through you? You sent me off to London to supposedly help the Ministry of Magic there but let’s not pretend that’s the real reason you sent me off.”
He stepped forward closer to Grindelwald, not concerned about the possible danger of retaliation. He knows his shields would instinctively flare up if Grindelwald tried anything and they would hold. It would be as if unstoppable force met immovable object. “You were afraid. You knew if I stayed all those months that I would see you for the imposter that you are. So I’m only going to ask once, where is my uncle?”
