There's a 40 lb difference between the two pictures which is still surreal to me.
It's all about the good foods folks. 👌

I've been feeling super confident lately!
I'm surrounded by people who genuinely compliment me and make me feel good about myself.
I've also lost quite a bit of weight (unintentionally but it happened and I'm starting to accept it.)
Also yes, I finally got a switch and I'm gonna KEEP it because I made sure I was set until next paycheck before I got it. [Don't mind me, just throwing shade at my ex.]
it’s been a month since i started this diet, realized im down 8 lbs! in my past attempts at weight loss, ive always done rapid and unhealthy restriction, which caused me to lose a lot of weight quickly at first but then id plateau, so seeing this change is a bit weird but im proud of myself! i thought i wasnt doing very well because i was used to such extreme results, but in hindsight i was right on target!! im grateful that i’m in this new environment that allows me to learn how to eat healthily, and im grateful to be able to get help from professionals, and im also grateful to be mentally well enough to follow it!
i wish more people understood that like, we are never just ourselves. we always represent entire communities. this lady on tiktok posted abt how since l*s*ng w**ght she doesn't have as much body odor and like that's cool for her i guess but a) that's her experience, absolutely not universal, b) now everyone who sees that is gonna think fat people stink. like you don't need to talk about every fucking thing, especially stuff that's gonna reflect badly on other people.
another example is this slideshow of people in terrible conditions on pine ridge (photographed by a white person of course) that my english professor showed us a couple weeks ago. being the only native in class when that happened, i was fucking embarrassed. i thought about the people in the pictures and how they must feel knowing their lowest moments are out there for anybody to see forever. it was humiliating, cos now everyone in the class is gonna think poverty and violence is all the lakota/dakota people have to offer. talks about things like this in our communities should be reserved for OUR COMMUNITIES. i don't want to hear white people talk about how they think they can fix us through whatever racist policy they cooked up.
not every conversation is meant to be public
I pretty much have to trick my bf into having sex with me like really?? And its not even good like idk anymore So now im doing this in hopes that he will find me more attractive. I dont really want to tell him but at the same time. I miss how we used to be
