I just realized you can't name your child WLOG.
Lunch. I usually pack junk snacks and soda. Today I have a bologna sandwich, applesauce, pickles, cashews, and cottage cheese.
I bought like 15 lbs of salad and some cottage cheese. Instead of the Panera or McDonald’s I wanted.
Also I got on the scale just to see what’s up and after two days of drinking water and doing steps and eating cleaner I’m 2 lbs heavier so fuck me.
Day 2
Today is hard. I am fucking hungry. But I already ate close to 2,000 calories and I think I’m only hungry because I’m used to constantly shoveling food in my face. Tonight I’m seeing Star Wars with my boyfriend and his friend so I’ll probably get something to eat there. I’ve been good about not getting snacks from the vending machines. I want to because I’m hungry but I know I’ll be eating something soon so hopefully I can make it til then. Also I met my step goal at work on my breaks.
I busted ass today even though I had a bad anxiety day. I came in first in a challenge!
