You are cordially invited to November’s fitness challenge.
I want you to join me in running/walking for at least 30 minutes everyday throughout November! Let me know if you want to participate so I can cheer you on! :) We can be accountability buddies too!! I could really use the motivation most days lol It’s rough sometimes.
It’ll be really fuuuuuuuuuuun :)
P.S. Add me as a Fitbit friend! I’m going to do the weekly challenge and I want you to be apart of it! (My Fitbit name is in my bio)
I took 10,813 steps in the Daily Showdown challenge! #fitbit Mawhahaha best you yesterday! @hrstories1234
I busted ass today even though I had a bad anxiety day. I came in first in a challenge!
I reached my goal of 12,500 steps every day of the Workweek Hustle challenge! #Fitbit
@greenmountainfoster thank you for setting up the Fitbit Challenge this week – it may save my sanity today.
I am still extremely angry about everything that happened last night – unproductive, can’t see straight anger, which combined with two hours sleep does not make for a sane human being.
But I’ve found it’s socially acceptable to stalk around the office like a crazy person if you explain you’re doing a Fitbit Challenge and have to get your steps in. People are encouraging me to keep moving – lol…
I desperately need to move more for many reasons, but today having a reason to walk in circles and not sitting and thinking between meetings is keeping me relatively sane. I should be working between meetings, but that’s not going to happen today either way.
Let’s see how many steps I can get in while still in the office – I have a feeling that as soon as I get home I’m going to go to sleep or just sit down and not move.
Fitbit Challenges, anyone?
I need some friends to do Fitbit challenges with!
If anyone is interested, send me a message? We could make a Tumblr group out of it to have a bit of healthy competition to help motivate?
Thanks in advance!
Anyone with a fitbit who wants to do challenges with me ?
