Getting back on track
Ah Monday after a glorious pre birthday (my actual birthday is tomorrow but I work) weekend filled with much chocolate stout salted caramel wedding cake, corn fritters, side pork, creme brûlée, non diet soda, french fries, pizza, Halloween candy and cookie butter it’s time to get back on track. Bacon, protein shakes and cheese today, tomorrow I’m getting a chicken at Costco for the week and I’ll be filling in with sparing carbs (only fruit and veggie carbs no bread pasta etc). I’m sodium bloated to hell up over 201lbs again but I know it’s sodium bloat because a weekend of bad eating can’t put 5lbs on me. I have a hard time with that concept but I know it’s true you can’t gain overnight just like you can’t lose overnight. But as a nsv I took a bath and fit in the tub all the way and we have kinda a small older tub from the 70s in our rental.
