We’re Not Gonna Take It-  Chapter 1 is up!

Sirius Black, the rebellious runaway~ teaser for upcoming fanfiction, ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It”

Sirius Black, at first glance is all a person desires to be good looking, popular, a beater on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team, funny, intelligent, charming and mischievously reckless. Part of his allure and his biggest flaw, is that he is marred by his upbringing, his family and his past.

Personality

Sirius believed the war belong to their generation and their place was at the front of the battle lines

Sirius is fiercely loyal and protective

and a hard-core feminist

a lot of his guilt lies on worry of disappointing the people he cares for or looks up to, mainly James, Mr and Mrs Potter, Remus, Marlene, his cousin Andromeda and Professor McGonagall

Sirius doesn’t believe in keeping children ignorant of the war. Regulus was a child when became a Death Eater and learned how to torture and his best friends were children when Voldemort pinned them for death

Sirius Black would have died for two things; his loved ones, and the cause

Relationships:

James Potter, Remus Lupin, Peter Pettigrew: Sirius’s family and the best people in the world, just being around them feels like home. He and James are brothers and it is rare to see one without the other. Sirius often feels he’s the neediest them all, eager to spend any time he can with them and is extremely grateful to have them in his life.

Marlene Mckinnon: James’ little sister and up until sixth year it was a relationship built upon, ‘my best friend’s best friend’  though everything changed in their sixth year including for the two of them, and they grow closer. Sirius admires her strength and fierceness. He loves to make her laugh and is constantly intrigued by how real she is, and who knows what that could lead to.

Lily Evans: The two never a pair to be seen together without snarks being received find solace in each other. Although they didn’t get along with their siblings, a midnight conversation results in finding one with each other. Their relationship is a surprise to them both, but within it comes trust, comfort, a friend to confide in, a shoulder to cry on and a back to ride on.

Regulus Black: Close in childhood, the two brothers grew apart as a result of Sirius’ rebellion and departure to Hogwarts. Sirius finds himself filling with worry for what will become of his brother despite telling himself he doesn’t care. This worry is usually the result of public fights between the brothers.

Likes/Dislikes: Likes: Living in the moment, pranking, laughing, being with his friends, Quidditch, the couch near the fire of the Gryffindor Common Room, sleep, full moon adventures, being trusted, rock music of the 60’s Dislikes: Most of his family, discrimination, Government corruption, Slytherins, Snape, broken promises and dishonesty
