Here's a lil painting of one of the scenes in wolau! Aka a street inspired by/referencing the hermitcraft shopping districts

There's SO many hermitcraft easter eggs hidden in here, plsplspls ask me about the buildings / object so i can rant about the AU / references!!

Its the shopping district that shows up in chapter two of my fic, "a golden thread" (which will be released soon) I'll post an alt version of this once the second chapter is out, so go sub to my fic if u don't wanna miss it :3

If anyone can guess why there's a zebra on the library i will tell you a secret about wolau (hint: it's not a hermitcraft reference)

Tempest (noun):  1. A violent windstorm, frequently accompanied by rain, snow, or hail. 2. Furious agitation, commotion, or tumult; an uproar. A warrior of light and a scion The Pendants, the Crystarium

The storm squatting over the Crystarium does its best to make itself known. Rain lashes the window, wind whistles through the cracks of the frame, lightening presses its luminous face to the glass. Jealous and demanding. Desperate to be acknowledged. But you’re not watching the storm outside. You’re not even listening to it.

No, your eyes track the storm currently rampaging through your inn room. It wears the skin of a girl -- a girl you know very well. Prudence Dubois always paces when she’s truly agitated and now she’s walking corner to corner, back and forth, kicking things out of her way. She’s screamed and cussed and sworn violent, ugly oaths. She’s thrown the same chair from one side to the other, splintering it and now carries one of the legs to further emphasize her many points. She’s beautiful. Her freckled face is usually frozen in a frown of perpetual disappointment. Now it is twisted and red and spittle flies from her mouth as another string of curses leave it. Prudence rakes her shaking hands through her short hair. Sweat slicks it back. An improvement  over all, you decide, out of her eyes at the very least. 

Prudence wheels on you, suddenly, the dark of her eyes burning like coals. You become a target. All her anger and hurt and fear all shaped like you. You’ve never minded. She’s beautiful. Throughout this outburst you have sat quietly, hands folded neatly in your lap -- moving only to nod your agreement or voice some vague sound of sympathy. The catalyst remains a mystery to you. She was already storming when you arrived home and her words come in a flood; you’ve picked out the Exarch’s title and Emet’s name and decided you need not pry further. Out of the corner of your eye, you see the door crack, opening silently, and a white-haired head pokes itself in. Then a second. Two too-curious twins. You expected them earlier. You shake your head and as the door swings shut your shoulders release some of their tension. It all goes unnoticed by the stormcloud. Prudence will tire herself eventually. She will come to you, crawling on hands and knees, lay her head in your lap. She will not apologize. She will not acknowledge the outburst at all. And you will forgive her, threading your fingers through her hair, taking all of her unvoiced guilt and shame in your hands and swallowing it. And she will be beautiful.

Welcome to Win or Lose AU! In this universe, Mr.Puzzles wins after the events of puzzlevision. The SMG4 team is broken, and everyone goes their own way, someone has lost hope, and someone is still trying to return everything to normal. Mr.Puzzles, after 4 years, completely subjugates the city, and establishes his own laws. Will SMG4 be able to win or will they remain Lose? What can you ask the Smg4 team?

Anything you want! But be prepared for them to answer in their own manner!

A couple of facts about Mr.Puzzles:

Due to the huge popularity of his TV show, he has to work a lot, and because of this, he has become more unbalanced than the original.

After defeating the SMG4 team, his strength has increased many times over and everyone who watches TV gradually becomes subject to brainwashing, and Mr.Puzzles can inspire whatever his heart desires. But this has also become his weakness, because he cannot control those who do not watch TV.

After his films began to bring in huge profits, his level of comfort increased, he prefers gourmet food and high-class places.

Mr.Puzzles has become more selfish, more demanding of the quality of his films, because of which if something goes wrong, he instantly falls into a rage, but on camera he shows himself to be a "good and ideal TV presenter".

Mr. Puzzles loves to attend shows where he is asked questions.

Bonus fact: Mr. Puzzles is trying to find the SMG4 team to subjugate and make the most INCREDIBLE SHOW in the whole wide world!

Painting i made for chapter two of my fic "A golden thread" .(Alternate version / Design of the street)

It's inspired by the hermitcraft shopping district, hence the many small references! (there's a joe of the hills variety hidden in there and it's not just the juppet!)

And ofc, a close up of the fire + smoke bc AAAAA I LOVE HOW THEY TURNED OUT!!!

Sadly, drawing this made me realize i have no idea how fire OR glass work... If anyone wants to give any tips on how i could have drawn the broken window a lil better id rly appreciate it 😭 cause i dont think u can even tell the stuff surrounding the fire is supposed to be a broken window...
