i just started reading a book i found at the library called "a wolf called wonder" by rosanne parry and I think you fellow canines (and nonhumans in general) would appreciate it. its not the most complex writing, but the style is from the pov of a wolf and it makes me feel really shifty and animalistic. y'all should go check it out, its pretty cool

Not a question, just needed to share. Last night I went to bed human and woke up in the middle of the night in a wolf shift. Just like- its dark outside, my whole family is sleeping soundly, and I'm lying there like "Howl?? Must howl and run around the woods???" Of course that wasn't plausible so I had to content myself with daydreaming about running around in the woods until I fell asleep sgkjdkfslj

lately ive had such a strong urge to howl, especially at night, so I can find fellow wolves, find a pack, find some other creature out there. but it hurts that I cant, because even if I had a chance to, thered be no creature to return the call
