FLower Squad Adventures Oct/14-21/2018
When we last left our heroesâŠ
After the gang looted really good at the banditsâ hideout, Miruk tried and kissed the sword, but nothing happened, he kissed again in different parts of the sword, but to no avail. After that, the gang and Abdel returned back to Abdelâs hideout to be encountered with a very worried Xan and Wolfget. The gang told them about what happened and their findings. Sure that made Xan and Wolfget twice of worried.
Then they were thinking about what to do next, since looks like now the Big Three (Silvershield, Ravenguard and Rael) are being targeted like Abdel. After talking about the actual situation of the city and after the events related to the Big Three, Lark proposed to make a reunion with the Big Three and see if they could join forces to prevent them from being transformed into slayers and hopefully joining forces to discover who is the one that is corrupting the city.
Abdel went to make the preparations for the reunion in neutral grounds (Erdreâs House) and the gang gave Wolfget the secret code to work on. While the squad went to the Big three and report about their most recent jobs.
First they went with Rael, the streets near her place were a little bit busier than usual but nothing too suspicious. In Grandma Raelâs place she thought the Squad was responsible of the fires, but the squad firmly denied that, they just drew the dickbutts in the houses. Rael was surprised by that, she was gonna check then what happened there. But still liked the success of the mission since the nobles pulled back, so she gave them a few fire-themed items. And if the squad wanted to rob the douche they bribed  they could do that if they wanted. Ater talking for a bit, they discovered that Rael was  happy that the guards, nobles and the flaming fist backed off, apparently that really improved the district.
After that they went with Ravenguard, she seemed kinda stressed after the framing event and went direct to the point about how the job went and asked about what they did with the box of drugs, Lora told her they burned it, but they saw also a couple people disguised as the Flaming Fist, she was surprised by that, asking them if something like that happens next time, send her a quick message; Â but still thanked them about their work, then the squad received pretty sweet armors. Sadly she wonât be able to give them more missions until she fixes the problem of the framing.
Lastly they went with Imbralym and Silvershield, luckily the gang was able to see now Silvershield, he was very thankful after helping him bribe to he could pass the law he wanted. So he gave the gang some really good wine and 2000 G each for their good work. The gang was surprised for that amount of money, but Silvershield said something that made sense, everything comes with a price. After that Imbralim gave them an invitation for a masquerade party. Super fancy one and they had two days to prepare their outfit.
After that the gang returned to Abdelâs hideout and told the news, apparently Xan was coming too and wasnât very thrilled about the whole event in general. The gang was kinda concerned since the party was very close to date, and they didnât have any ultra fancy costumes to wear. Xan recommened a few shops in the city, also Wolfget told them about bringing someone to help them with their costumes to cut costs.
SHOPPING TRIP WITH THE GANG!!! They bought industrials amounts of poison, enchantments on weapons and other miscellaneous, after that they went to look for outfits, while they were looking for stuff, Miruk was still intriged about the riddle of the sword, while he was twirling his magical necklace, something made click on his mind, he flicked the necklace and started to glow, very surprised called the rest of the gang. Miruk took off the necklace just in case it explodes or something, Lark checks the necklace for ominous magic or risk of possession and Lora kissed the necklace.
Suddendly the wisps glows and everyone heard a voice coming from there, somekind of scene was happening.
They heard the voice of Cayle and another very angry voice of a man called Kazuki, the same guy that Cayle talked about in the past. Apparently they were gonna crash the masquerade party and had Cayle coerced about that. Kazuki was pretty mad, he lost too much people already.
After the scene finishes Miruk storms out of the store and Lark follows him. They had a beautiful scene of comfort (while Zinnia and Lora looked at them from the roof lol). After that they returned and finished shopping. The Masquerade wasnât going to be boring after all.
The gang returned to the hideout and Wolfget presented his son Seth, who was studying dramatic arts, so he could help them with their costumes, after presentations Seth told them about how was gonna be, he was gonna make somekind of cinderella spell on their clothes.
