It had been a few days of the incident in the tavern where the drink had been spilt over him and a young alpha had dared flirt with him with words he wouldn't dare repeat in his life, but life continued and everything kept on moving so did he and he focused on his job instead of that young alpha and what had happened. It was in the past, nothing to care about. He probably wouldn't see him again even. He hoped.
Today he had a patient to visit. A young alpha as well. Alphas were so proud he often had to visit them to tend to their wounds or illnesses because they were too proud to go out like that in public. Everyone got sick, it was nothing to be ashamed of, but alphas wouldn't change that easily and he was used to that behaviour anyways too so he went without protest.
John knocked on the door, a medical handbag in his hand, and he waited under the soon for the alpha to open. He was in the alpha cabin area of the village but as a healer, he was allowed here anyways, he came with a single purpose: to heal. The door opened and he opened his mouth before closing it again and sighing. "You again." He says with another heavy sigh. "Why am I not surprised I have to visit you? Never mind that, can I come in?"
