WOLFS RAIN AU!!!

Hiatus is kind of over and I'm back to posting! I thought about this awhile ago and could not get it out of my head

Orion Pax was born in a laboratory, a desparate attempt from humanity to try to save themselves from destruction. Based on an ancient legend, he was made of sparkflowers- a legendary bloom meant to mark the path to paradise. It is said that the wolves, now thought to be extinct, are the only ones who know how to follow the path. Though his creation was successful, he was in a deep sleep and without “life”. Unable to wake him, it was thought the experiment was a failure.

Orion is broken out of the lab by a wolf drawn to his scent. Megatron is weary and ragged, holding out on one last hope to lead his people to paradise. When he catches the scent of sparkflowers, he follows it, remembering the old legends. Fighting the humans, his blood is spilt and Orion awakens for the first time with it. An unexplainable connection is made between them, and Megatron decides impulsively to rescue the stranger. He knows something about Orion is important.

A young wolf and sometimes naive, Orion wants to save the world. His kindness easily draws others to him, though at times he can seem alien. He has little knowledge of the world, and though he has suffered at the hands of the humans who made him, he remains pure of heart. He is closest to Megatron, who he shares a strange connection to, though their ideals and methods clash.

speedpaint of kiba from wolf's rain! i watched it for the first time earlier this year and the whole time i found myself desperately wishing to have watched it as a kid.... however this is possibly for the best because if i watched it as a 13-year old it would have become my entire personality for the rest of my life
