Hello! Just wanted to say I appreciate your tumblr a lot. You're the first reptile blog I followed, there's so much cuteness and it's v informative, even if I don't intend to have a noodle one day (but we never know right :P). Plus most of the names you give are so adorably nerdy I love them.

Writing is... more intimate, I think. You are more into the feelings of the characters. At least that's the kind of porn I think is good. So you are more "into" the scene. Movies and stuff, you are outside of it, it's just so embarrassing D: voyeuristic is a good term for that yeah

Ugh, ditto. I hate it. And even though I'm gay, homosexual love scenes make me 1000 times more uncomfortable than straight ones. I'm a loony one.

Oooh no you are not alone ! Sometimes I feel like they are made in a way that is even worse than het sex scenes. :| So it's even worse.

I try to be really cognizant of things like the way I talk about gender and sexual orientation.  I know how I feel when I hear something just a little off, so I don’t wanna do that to other people.  Gender wasn’t thought of in the past as it is beginning to be thought of today, though there is historical evidence in many cultures have at some point had at least one gender identity that falls outside the binary.  Unfortunately, to my knowledge, the Irish weren’t one of those cultures.  That does not, however, mean that there we can’t adapt and draw conclusions for ourselves.  I’m a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and the issues that we face, as varied as they are, are something I really want to see brought to light and dealt with so that we can be as inclusive and welcoming as possible.
