The Telvanni are Getting Pretty Brazen

I just had a weird glitch happen to me in Morrowind. I Divine Intervention-ed over to Wolverine Hall from Tel Vos, and saw a Telvanni guard walking around. Hadn't seen that before, but it is close enough to Sadrith Mora that I figured one of the guards' walk cycles must have made him stray over to the fort. So I was like "Hey buddy, are you lost?"

But then I looked around and saw there were *zero* Imperial guards anywhere in the fort, and just more Telvanni guards walking around. So then I was like, "Uuuuh, guys, what happened here?"

So now in my game it looks like the Telvanni just up and decided to take Wolverine Hall.

I seriously have *no idea* how on earth this glitch happened, but it is hilarious. It seems like all the Imperial guards got replaced with Telvanni guards somehow, but I don’t know what would cause such a thing.
