Amedeo Modigliani and Diego Rivera each painted a portrait of Leon Indenbaum. Léon Indenbaum sculpted the busts of Chaïm Soutine, Léonard Foujita, Chana Orloff, Jeanne Hébuterne (Modiglian), Rembrantdt Bugatti ... In 1968, Indenbaum received the prestigious "Georges Wildenstein" Award of "Institut de France" for all of his work.
