make his hair bright neon pink and all problems will be solved! (i'm personally thinking a darker shade, but idk how good my color sense is here)

I actually started with a dark grey/black color first and then started messing with it.

I think some of it’s an issue with his skin tone. I really want a kind of bronze or copper color but getting that without making him fucking orange is hard. I was trying to find a hair color that would kind of accentuate it.

bro botw is like. 100% solid sequence breaking heaven. no, not even-- there's barely a sequence to break. it's kinda just "i mean you can go to this place next... you prolly should... but fuckit i ain't stoppin you." like... in my new game i just booked it straight from the great plateau to hyrule castle in my underpants. you can do that. it's a bad idea but you can. also stasis is probably my least used rune but it can move heavy objects and if you upgrade it it can briefly freeze enemies

re: music recommendations, i heartily recommend miracle of sound! it's one guy with a ton of talent who mostly writes music inspired by video games, and his music spans all sorts of genres (though mostly rock). he also has original stuff that's very good. his stuff is all on bandcamp and youtube if you wanna give a listen before you commit, it's all very good!

i finally got around to reading foe yay (i'm only about halfway through so far) and i gotta say i'm glad i did! i'll be honest, i expected a shippy sort of thingy but instead it's a well written and well characterized story and good lord is BLU spy terrifying. the RED team fluff fills me with joy. looking forward to reading the rest!

youtuber volx did a video on the update-- you hit the spikes and/or sandcastles with a torch to get the glass versions. i think they're just decorative tho

Well, perhaps not nothing, but it does a better job of illuminating my immediate surroundings than the path ahead of me. Even considering that I somehow managed to produce a lens with no glass on hand, the basic laws of optics should prevent it from illuminating the area behind me as brightly as the direction I’m facing.

Now, if you’ll excuse me for a momeGO FOR THE EYES!
