Just finished re-watching the first ever Womens Royal Rumble... I get it Ronda is a star and all that but they really did Auska dirty man... they could've made that night her moment 😔😔😔

me, an avid fan of women's wrestling, watching the wwe rapidly devolve from 'women main eventing wrestlemania' to 'lmao one women's match per show that lasts less than 10 minutes combined' in the span of a month:

When fans complain about how certain women are booked and blame other women for “taking all the opportunities” I almost want to laugh. True, every woman deserves the opportunity to showcase themselves but why don’t we direct that energy to wwe and ask why women don’t get more from the company in the first place? I’m not going to blame Ruby Riott being in catering on Alexa Bliss because the company is the one giving out the limited spots and refusing to build up other women. Shane(who is not a wrestler) is getting another ppv spot in MITB. We were never told why a juvenile deliquient, a Viking and a woman who likes to start riots came together as group. We still don’t even know what Ember’s real character is. Naomi vs Mandy was dropped so quickly and not even given a proper conclusion. The women don’t have any mid-card storylines that don’t involve the titles the way the men do. The women get less than an hour of tv time on a 3 hour tv show.

No one is really “taking” opportunities from anyone else, creative just isn’t providing enough for the women.

The Riott Squad has become the job squad 

Asuka still has no opponent for Mania 

Sasha and Bayley are the tag champs and still get no respect  

Mickie is no where to be found on tv at all   

But WWE has time to do stupid segment’s for the men’s division.Imagine what they could do if they could build more than one women’s match at a time. The women have proven that they can steal the show when you give them opportunities imagine what they can do if they are given as much screen time as the men.I hope the women main eventing wrestlemania will change all of that and it’s not just a one off and a chance for WWE to say they made history but to keep making history.

I’m sick and tired of seeing Ronda Rousey’s face front and center for all women’s division related things.
