Recently I came across this video of Ipsita Tripathi, sharing her exceptional sales career journey. The video took me back to the early days of my career where I used to be part of sales teams. I was part of this dynamic fast revolving industry for 20 years and over these years I have seen some positive changes in this field. I remember, sometimes in the sales offsite, I would be the only girl but that never stopped me. Now when I look back, I feel proud of every part of my journey. Organizations now a days are not only supporting women to push boundaries but are also encouraging them to lead meetings and big positions. I am absolutely happy to see this change in the approach of companies.
