[Fractures - Won’t Win (Japanese Wallpaper Remix)]
Wrong
Me: *Exists* Family: no your doing that wrong Work: your doing that wrong but other than that everything else is good! Good job! It's sad when my job treats me better than the people who are supposed to. I'm ready to give up but I know I can't. Hell I'd even do that wrong probably.
Late last week, I introduced an indie dance band from Australia named The Karmens, noting that I’d encountered their music thanks to a splendid remix they did, to be shared this week. Well, that time has come. Get ready to dive into the cool folds and crisp synths of The Karmens’ remix of fellow Australian producer Fractures’ atmospheric electronic song Won’t Win. They take the SOHN evoking electropop song and give it an introspective indie electronic makeover that dances and flits weightlessly in a very RÜFÜS DU SOL like synthpop fashion.

If you like Chet Faker there's a good chance you'll like this track :)
Marc Zito, also known as Fractures is an Australian producer who drew some attention last year with the atmospheric slow burn "Twisted." While "Won't Win" is similarly atmospheric, it's also a little bit more involved. The most magical part is the chorus. Somehow, it puts you on a highway while each quiet word zooms past.

It's like Thom Yorke but less esoteric. Or not esoteric at all. Not that that's a bad thing. Just describing it to you. What else am I supposed to do, go on a 5 page tangent using words I barley understand, comparing him to Thom Yorke ultimately claiming "the song is good but this guy will never be as good as Radiohead".
That's not what I'm going to do. Because I'm not lame, like Stereogum or Pitchfork.
