Great new show at Wonzimer Gallery! I so enjoyed staring into Gary Brewer’s delicious and mesmerizing new show “Voluptuous Charm of the Monumental Impulse” at the opening last night. Amazing paintings and ceramic sculptures 😳🙌! I marveled at Brewer’s ability to bring numerous painting methods and kinds of marking to bear on unified images that both represent the “real” and invite new ways of seeing. The show is presented beautifully and it’s super fun to be in the energy of the Wonzimer community and space. On view at Wonzimer Gallery 341-B S.
