Unfortunately, as it stands, I still have a one star review for this bead(my first 1 star ever). Hopefully I will be able to start a dialogue with the customer, and that it was just a small misunderstanding... but, I am going to post the photo here for public record so that anyone reading my public response to the review(if I end up having to leave one) can find a photo of it just in case. At the end of the day, at least I can be confident in myself, my skills, and my dedication to making quality beads for my fantastic customers.
