So the hinges ended up on here because that was my original idea. They're a bit much with the design as well, but hey, this is a prototype. Quite please with how this turned out altogether. Pyro on birchwood, stained, varnished, then finished off with buffalo leather and brass daisy tacks. More notebooks to come now I've figured how to make them.
