okay yeah fuck it i'll take this shit here. not to start fights but theres something ive noticed.
why do so many aus make razzle & dazzle into villains?
maybe its just me and what i've been interacting with, but i've encountered quite a few aus where rnd are either an antagonist or directly straight up Mean. (not naming names because i have no intention to like. start shit /gen)
and like, it's an au, you can squish and stretch character's personalities, but i've seen multiple aus turn them into complete villains, or even that they hate each other/hate being attached when that's just. not true to their character at all?
in their dialogues they seem to be very in tune with one another and considerate of each other— particularly, razzle is very kind and understanding with dazzle— not to mention dialogues with astro and rodger highlighting their different interests. they're separate people but have learned how to share a body, and they're. just so nice? even dazzle isnt usually mean, just kind of sadzies??
idk maybe im reading into it too much but it makes me feel kinda icky how many aus turn rnd into villains and completely warp their personalities to do so.
and goddd dont even get me started on when people split them into different bodies i might explode

thinking about the fact that in my (semi abandoned) stardew save i married harvey without getting more than one heart with anyone else except i think maybe robin for getting her axe or whatever. like no one else KNOWS my farmer.
do you think maru noticed the engagement ring and didn't ask? or maybe she did, or maybe a patient did, and when harvey was like "yeah i married the farmer who moved into that old plot" they were like "the... the who?"
do you think everyone got wedding invites in the mail and went... harvey got married to who?
it was under a year too, and literally all i do is fish by the river and sometimes the beach. do you think everyone went to the wedding and met this nonverbal freak and it was like "so happy to meet you...!" and the farmer just. nods and then stays glued to harvey's hip.
idk this is really funny to me. someone at the wedding finally bites the bullet and goes "so how did you two meet...?"
