Does anybody know the youtuber named Woojong Yi? (YT name: Sanai Woojong 사나이 우종)
Anyway, I went to his meet & greet december 30th and honestly had the experience of a lifetime. When I got there (the cafe it was held in) I was already 30 minutes late because traffic and it was so packed! I was really hoping his turn out would be well and it was~ He did a lot of socializing with the fans and he even brought his 할머니 (who was a complete sweetheart btw)
He was doing a photo session and the line was pretty long but when it shortened a friend I met up with finally went up to get/take photo’s. He looked pretty tired so I felt a little bad. Not to mention he was really sick :(( On the bright side he told me he loved my hat lol
After that he went around to each table to talk with us and when he got to my area I immediately got so shy. Even my hands started to shake a little bit lol. He asked us to introduce ourselves and all I could say was “I’m Ollie… *awkward looking around*” and he continued to look at me as if he wanted me to say more but I seriously couldn’t. I told myself I wasn’t going to get shy because he’s just a normal dude like the rest of us but nah, I totally froze up. But anyway, he talked with my table for a bit and the talks were honestly boring because we all too shy to speak. I hope Woo didn’t feel awkward with us ;-; But at the end we all did that thing where you pile your hands together and he thanked us for coming out and apologized for being ill. His hands are so pretty and soft irl and I wish i had gotten decent pictures:(
However, when he left to talk with other groups I got the booty pics ;) (Woojong knows he’s thicc but denies it)
So skipping to the end, I got my final goodbye’s and we hugged again.He remembered my name so that made me happy. Also, the food at the cafe (which was Korean owned) was really good and super cheap! I’d go all the time if it wasn’t 3 hours away. All night he kept doing the Twice T-T pose lmao. I got my final pictures and went back downstairs. I did feel a little sadness as I left because I wish I had talked more. But maybe there will be another time in the future. He was constantly apologized for being sick and not giving us the true “experience” of the meet and greet by giving his usual motivational speeches and being the usual hyper jokester he is. But we all kept insuring him it was okay. The fact he was super ill (fever, nausea, etc) but still went out of his way to put this event together for us was all we needed. He told us this really “tested his manly hood”
But nonetheless I had such an amazing time and I badly want to see him again but more confidently next time. If you will, please check out his youtube channel !
