We’re halfway through Silo (tv show). I’ve never read the Wool books or anything.
My predictions/thoughts right now:
- There’s more than one silo and that’s what the tunnel/door at the bottom of their silo leads to.
- I’m predicting judicial has a secret elevator and that is what’s behind the janitor closet door (or part of it)
- Maybe the outside really is barren and toxic but the greenery is shown in the visor to the people sent out to clean, thus tricking them into cleaning.
-I can’t figure out why magnification beyond a certain level is outlawed but that can’t be arbitrary. Maybe it just has to do with preventing people from figuring out relic technology
-Those lights in the sky are stars
-But in all seriousness, Romeo and Juliette are called “star-crossed lovers” in the very beginning of the play so that’s interesting.
-I don’t think both Juliette’s mom and brother killed themselves. At least one was a shady murder I think. But I don’t know why. Maybe her brother was killed for taking up too much medical resources?? Her mom questioned things?
More questions I still have:
-how are the judge and the head of IT elected/appointed?
-do they actually have elections for mayor or is the process rigged?
-Why hasn’t Juliette checked the dang flowers?
