New Perspective

If I can save someone from going through the depression I'm personally dealing with from moving here, that would be great. No one wants someone to tell you to just deal with it and it'll eventually get better. I needed someone I could vent to without telling me that I was upset over nothing. Someone who would just listen. Not a single person in this country helped me. I had to talk to my best friend for hours on skype till I got everything off my chest. THAT is what made it click with me that being depressed and wasting my time with being unhappy isn't worth it. I still don't like it here, but I'm trying reeeeeeeally hard not to let it get to me anymore. I still have my off days, but having faith has gotten me through them.

I finally returned to practicing my religion correctly (well, i try too) and it has been helping me think straight. I'm hoping BIG things are in store for me these next few months, and I don't want anything getting in my way. And with God's mercy, nothing will. I've only told a handful of people I can trust what I'm up to, and I like it that way. Besides my family, only three people know. It's exciting. I can't wait till 2014.
