So I’m sure those in CA might have seen the notification about the air quality but if you have not or do not live in CA please boost this...
The Camp fire and the fires in LA area are affecting the pollution levels so bad it’s above 180 in some areas so if you live in the Central Valley, the Bay Area, or any where badly affect please for your own health and whoever you care about stay indoors as much as possible. I live in Modesto and commute to the bay and I’m wheezing. Wear a mask if you have to be outdoors for any reason with the level of 95N on the mask as that will filter out the most of the smoke but it’s not recommended for prolong use. Please listen to the reports and if you aren’t in CA please share with your followers in case they do. Stay safe fam. I love you.
So you've probably already heard about it, but California's been having a really shitty time.
there are devastating floods, fires, and mudslides.
schools, homes, entire towns are being destroyed, from rain to fire to the mudslides. and as someone who lives here, it fucking sucks. my cousins house was burned down, and now the remains are flooded. and HUNDREDS are homeless. people are trapped and stuck and it's cold and wet and very dangerous recently.
so if, you can, I beg you to donate.
you can donate to Red Cross by texting REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
you can also call 1-800-RED CROSS or donate from the red cross website. (even a dollar helps.)
if you do, and you'd like to, I'm willing to write fics/make edits in exchange for donations.
California's my home, and in the past 5 months alone, thousands of acres of land, homes, houses, hospitals, schools, churches and cities have all been ravaged by fire, floods and mudslides.
So, if you can, donate.
Reach out to me if you donate and want a fic in exchange, please. I'm available at [email protected].
