#word space #I started writing another Caine and Kinger post-canon one shot #Right when I was supposed to go to sleep #And then my dog later woke me up at 3am #Again – I have two plot focused digital circus fics i want to write #But it looks like I'm in emotional family dynamics writing mode #Not interesting plot concept writing mode #Yes the ideal would be to combine these #Tbh these one shots are probably going to end up leading to the one fic....#Since it's set several years post canon #These one shots can probably be shoved in a series together #That lead to the plotty fic #(This is the same trap i fell into that led to my decade spanning ut series)

I think the big reason reader inserts really just do not appeal to me is because You Don't Know Me and I Would Not Do That

But also like...

I have a million daydreams where I insert myself into a given story. And that’s controlled by me and my imagination. I don't need someone else to write my own fantasies for me? And also I don't write those daydreams into fics either because that... just feels weird to me. Like, those are my inside stories, not my outside stories???
